Pricing & Flexibility
Transparent plans designed to fit your lifestyle. I believe fitness should be accessible and adaptable, which is why our pricing is as flexible as your training needs to be.
What are the subscription options?
I offer 1 month, 3 month and 6 month plans. Consistency enables the best results - but I am open to chatting about a custom timeframe!
How flexible are the coaching plans?
I encourage clients to honor the commitment they make to themselves, as consistency is key to results. That said, I understand that life happens—if something comes up, we can always communicate and adjust where needed.
What is the cancellation policy?
I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
Is there a free trial available?
I offer a complimentary consultation call where we’ll discuss your goals, current routine, and how I can best support you. This is a great opportunity to see if we’re a good fit before getting started.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, e-transfer and cash. For corporate or group coaching packages, I also offer secure electronic bank transfer options.
Are there any hidden fees?
No—everything is clearly outlined upfront. I believe in transparency, so you’ll always know exactly what to expect before getting started.

It means I look at the whole picture. Beyond just counting reps or calories, I integrate strength training, mobility, nutrition, and sustainable lifestyle shifts to help you build a foundation that lasts a lifetime.

Whether you're a complete beginner or an athlete looking for more balance, my coaching is for anyone ready to prioritize their health and move with purpose. I meet you where you are today.
How are the sessions delivered?
Sessions are delivered either in person in your home/condo gym, at private, elite gyms in Toronto (Core Fitness, Vault, Klabb), or through personalized video calls where you can access your custom programs, track progress, and communicate with me directly.
What methodology do you use?
I use a science-backed approach centered on progressive overload and functional mobility. We build strength systematically while ensuring your body moves correctly to prevent injury.

First Weeks
Foundation & Assessment
We start by understanding your movement patterns and setting clear intentions. You'll learn the core principles of strength and mobility while we establish your baseline for progress.
The Integration

Month two is where the magic happens. We dive deeper into specific strength work and nutrition habits. You'll notice improved energy levels and a growing sense of confidence in your daily movements.

Meeting you where you are.
It's completely natural to have concerns before starting a new fitness journey. My coaching is designed to be flexible, inclusive, and supportive of your unique circumstances.
I'm worried about the time commitment.
I build your plan around your life, not the other way around. Whether you have 30 minutes or an hour, we'll find a rhythm that feels sustainable and effective for your schedule.
I don't think I'm fit enough to start.
Coaching is for everyone, regardless of where you're starting from. I focus on your current level and gradually build your capacity safely. You don't get fit to start; you start to get fit.
I have old injuries or physical limitations.
Your safety is my priority. Every exercise can be modified or substituted to accommodate your body's needs. We'll work together to strengthen your body while respecting its boundaries.
I'm nervous about starting again after a long break.
Starting again is a sign of strength, not failure. We'll take it slow and focus on consistent, small wins to rebuild your confidence and habit without the pressure of perfection.
