I’m Jess, a fitness and wellness coach focused on helping people build strength, move better, and feel more confident in their bodies.

 

My approach is holistic—combining strength training, mobility, nutrition, and lifestyle habits to create results that are both effective and sustainable.

 

I work with clients of all ages, meeting them where they are and helping them build a strong, balanced foundation for life.

Jess Baker Wellness was built on the belief that true health goes beyond just exercise. What started as a passion for strength training evolved into a more holistic approach—one that integrates movement, nutrition, recovery, and mental well-being.
