My approach is holistic—combining strength training, mobility, nutrition, and lifestyle habits to create results that are both effective and sustainable.
I work with clients of all ages, meeting them where they are and helping them build a strong, balanced foundation for life.

Jess Baker Wellness was built on the belief that true health goes beyond just exercise. What started as a passion for strength training evolved into a more holistic approach—one that integrates movement, nutrition, recovery, and mental well-being.
